where was i?

lol. so we left off on:

after the boy strut off and abandoned the daily lunch together with the ctl, the friends decided to make the girl completely guilty and refused to let the girl enjoy her mischievous joke...

the girl was struck with a horrible revelation. was it possible that she had taken the joke too far? was her male friend's feelings actually hurt? or was the boy just getting revenge as well?

the next day the girl didn't meet up with the ctl before school, fearing the awkward silences between the boy and her. however, at break, their meeting was inevitable. the girl's mind was thinking rapidly. how should she apologize to the boy? 'bluntly saying "i'm sorry" would be awkward,' thought the girl. as break ended, she was struck with an idea that was inspired from her friend, mr. poTAYdo head. she decided to begin her apology, as a story. she used her friend mrs. chipmunk as a vehicle for the boy to hear her story. she also offered half an orange as a peace offering. juuuuuuust in case.

lunch began and ended in a flash. she still hadn't apologized yet. as the table slowly dispersed, the girl and the boy were left at the table alone. making eye contact, the boy shouts "MARIA! LET'S BE FRIENDS AGAIN!" and the girl shouts "I KNOW! I'M SO SORRY!"

to jeff: lots of love for one of my best buds :] though it was fun just messign with you before, it really sucked when you started looking sad. im glad im surrounded by friends that can so easily turn on me when i'm in the wrong and make me feel HORRIBLE! lol. it's also very reassuring knowing that our friends are there to back you up no matter what, even if it means turning on me! i think you're the only one at the table that can so easily contort everyone's feelings and use them as a form of an offense! only you can turn everyone against me. and i love that? lol. yup. i definitely love it cause i think even i turned on myself when you were "mad" at me. i'm glad-- no, i'm fortunate that we're friends and hope we stay that way forever and ever. go get yourself a freakin mini-van and take me to disneyland! we'll spring break it all over again! :]
